湖北东方明见心理健康研究中心海外签约督导专家,美国辛辛那提大学(University of Cincinnati)教育、刑事司法与公共事业学院公共事业系教授,1996年从威斯康星州密尔沃基分校获得博士学位。主要教授的内容包括学校咨询、职业生涯规划,儿童咨询、咨询测量与研究等方面。她是美国心理咨询协会(ACA)和美国心理学会(APA)的会员,担任两部专业学术期刊的编委会成员。在职业发展与评估、少数族裔学龄儿童的文化适应与文化认同,以及跨文化的咨询师培训方面着述颇多。
